We want you to be satisfied with our training, courses and use of our various software’s but because our main goal is your success and we know the effects of taking action and implementing the processes that are being taught, we have to hold you accountable and we need for you to put forth your best effort to apply and implement all of the strategies in our training’s.

We want you to win! We’ve done our part in giving you the tools and strategies to build and grow your business to achieve results, but We cannot do it alone and We need you to do your part and take action! 

You can do this and we’re here to help guide you along! 

 

We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of contract, loss of corruption of data or information or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses suffered or incurred by you as a result of you entering into a contract and/or us providing our program and services. There are numerous factors beyond our control that can cause Amazon to suspend your account, we are not liable or responsible for any loss or damage due to Amazon suspending your account for any reason, including for 3rd party dropshipping. You use the software at your own risk and by purchasing any of Alpha Arbitrage products you agree to these terms of service.

3rd party dropshipping may be against Amazon’s and other 3rd party merchants terms of service.  You agree buy purchasing that you acknowledge the risk and accept the use our software at your own risk!

If you are purchasing online, you should print a copy of these terms for your records as we will not be filing a copy and we may change these Terms from time to time at our own discretion.

We develop various software tools and offer paid access in various stages of development. Alpha testers, Beta Testers, and End Users. We also offer various other services such as a VA (Virtual Assistant) Training service, a “Fast Track Set Up” service and “Live Workshops” twice a year.

Alpha Tester Refund / Cancellation Policy – As part of our Alpha Testing we offer deeply discounted pricing which could be on a per month basis or a one time fee and as part of the alpha program you agree that the software is in development at it’s earliest stages and as such there will be bugs and other technical issues associated with the use of any of our software’s while in the alpha testing phase. We do not offer  refunds on any purchases or subscriptions due to any loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of contract, loss of corruption of data or information or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses suffered or incurred by you as a result of you using our software in the Alpha testing phase.  To cancel your monthly subscription as an Alpha Tester you must provide Alpha Arbitrage LLC ten (10) days’ e-mail notice, as provided herein, of your cancellation of your account. If you provide such notice less than ten (10) days before the first day of the next month, your credit card may still be charged. You will not be entitled to pro-rate your last month’s use, nor will you be entitled to any refund for any payments already made to Alpha Arbitrage LLC.

 

Beta Tester Refund / Cancellation Policy – As part of our Beta Testing we offer deeply discounted pricing which could be on a per month basis or a one time fee and as part of the Beta program you agree that the software is in still in the development stage and as such there will be bugs and other technical issues associated with the use of any of our software’s while in the Beta testing phase. We do not offer refunds on any purchases or subscriptions due to any loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of contract, loss of corruption of data or information or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses suffered or incurred by you as a result of you using our software in the Beta testing phase. To cancel your subscription as a Beta tester you must provide Alpha Arbitrage LLC ten (10) days’ e-mail notice, as provided herein, of your cancellation of your account. If you provide such notice less than ten (10) days before the first day of the next month, your credit card may still be charged. You will not be entitled to pro-rate your last month’s use, nor will you be entitled to any refund for any payments to Alpha Arbitrage LLC.

 

Software End User Refund / Cancellation Policy – . We are not responsible for any loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and/or similar losses, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of contract, loss of corruption of data or information or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses suffered or incurred by you as a result of you using our software.  To cancel your subscription as an end user of our software you provide Alpha Arbitrage LLC ten (10) days’ e-mail notice, as provided herein, of your cancellation of your account. If you provide such notice less than ten (10) days before the first day of the next month, your credit card may still be charged.

Because you are receiving digital assets and have access to the complete library of these assets from the time of your purchase in the form of training videos, files and documents within our membership site, there are NO REFUNDS. 

You will not be entitled to pro-rate your last month’s use, nor will you be entitled to any refund for any payments to Alpha Arbitrage LLC.

Physical products Refund Policy –  By purchasing any physical products through us, you agree to these terms of service.

There are no refunds on Physical products purchases.

All products were purchased at wholesale value. There are numerous factors beyond our control that can cause Mercari to suspend your account, we are not liable or responsible for any loss or damage due to Mercari suspending your account for any reason. 


Free Trials – 
Where we offer you a free trial of Alpha Arbitrage, such free trial will start immediately after your registration and continue for the free trial offer period as indicated on the Website at the time you register.  Free trial subscriptions are only available to new subscribers of Alpha Arbitrage and for the limited periods as set out on the Website.  Previous subscribers or those subscribers who have already benefited from a free trial subscription to Alpha Arbitrage do not qualify for a further free trial period.

If you do not want to continue your subscription after your free trial comes to an end, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your free trial period ends by submitting a cancellation request to us via our support email address at support@alphaarbitrage.com, or by contacting our support desk in your membership area. If you do not contact us at least 24 hours before your free trial period ends to cancel, your subscription will automatically continue and the payment card that you provided at the time of enrollment online will be charged the full Alpha Arbitrage monthly membership subscription rate provided at the time of enrollment each month until you cancel.  Alpha Arbitrage can change the monthly membership subscription rate at any time.  If the membership subscription rate changes after you subscribe, we will notify you by e-mail and give you an opportunity to cancel.

 

If you wish to cancel your Alpha Arbitrage subscription at any time after a free trial or discounted period ends, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address support@alphaarbitrage.com or through our support desk in the membership area. For monthly subscriptions, we require at least ten (10) days’ notice of cancellation by e-mail.  If you provide such notice less than ten (10) days before the first day of your next subscription month, your credit card may still be charged. You will not be entitled to pro-rate your last month’s use, nor will you be entitled to any refund for any payments to Alpha Arbitrage.

 

VIP Package Priced at $5000  with access to all the automated features and functionality of the software and advanced training is non-refundable due to your purchase being an info product in a business capacity and downloadable and/or accessible at the time of purchase, as well as the automated features of the software and other advanced software tools available to you as a VIP member upon payment of your access to the VIP program we do not offer refunds or cancellations.

VA Training Service – We will source and train VA’s on the basics of using our software and the basics of sourcing from the merchants. We do not train them on any advanced strategies other than the basic strategy of sourcing from the merchants and listing through the listing calculator. We also guarantee the VA that we provide for a 14 day period ONLY! We will replace a VA if it is within the “14 day window” which starts on the day we give you the VA’S contact details. We do not pay the VA nor do we provide further training after we assign them over the you (the Buyer) It is your responsibility as the new employer to pay your VA’S, manage and motivate your VA’S and teach them any advanced strategies that you want them to utilize. There are NO Refunds on any VA purchase after we deliver your VA’S to you.
